Built around your site and your vision

Custom Construction With an Experienced Builder at the Center

Foley Construction works directly with homeowners who want more than a standard production house. Projects can begin with an existing plan, a rough concept or a specific construction challenge. Mark Foley helps turn that starting point into a buildable sequence, coordinating the details that connect site conditions, structural systems, materials and finish work.

The company’s work has included conventional custom homes, insulated concrete form construction, earth-bermed homes, exposed beams, log details, decks, gazebos, custom cabinets and carefully finished interior elements. That range is especially useful when a project combines structural work with distinctive craftsmanship.

Energy-Conscious Homes That Work With the Site

Insulated Concrete Form Homes

ICF construction uses concrete placed between insulating forms to create a continuous wall assembly. It can be a strong option for homeowners who value durability, reduced air leakage and steady interior comfort. Foley Construction can help evaluate whether ICF fits the site, design and project goals.

Craftsmanship shaped by boatbuilding

Complex Woodwork, Practical Problem Solving

Originally from New Zealand, Mark Foley comes from three generations of boat builders. That background developed an eye for compound angles, structural wood connections and clean finish work. After settling in Washington State in 1990, he applied those skills to residential construction, log beams, cabins, cabinets and outdoor structures.

For a homeowner, that experience matters when a project includes details that do not fit a simple catalog solution. The objective is not ornament for its own sake, but a durable result in which structure, proportion and finish work together.
